Log Into Your Scholarship Portal
The application requires either your current email address (whether it is your college email or a personal email, choose the one you most use and check). You will also need to create a password.
Please note:
- AcademicWorks is NOT compatible with Internet Explorer. Please use another Internet browser such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Safari when operating this system.
- You must have access to the email (your school’s or otherwise) account in order to complete the Sign- Up process.
Returning Student Applicants
- Click the “Sign-In” button at the top of the page.
- Enter your email address and then enter your password.
- If you have forgotten your password, please click the “trouble signing in” button.
- Select the “reset your password” option and follow the steps outlined.
Enrolled Student (who have not applied for Scholarships before)
- Go to the application website and click the “Sign Up” button.
- Enter your full email address.
- Create a password. Your password must contain a minimum of 8 characters and include at least 1 digit, 1 uppercase letter, and 1 lowercase letter.
- Confirm your password.
- Click the “Sign Up” button at the bottom of the page. After you complete the sign-up process, you will receive a system message that lets you know a link has been sent to your email.
- Clicking on that link will take you to the application page where you can begin working on your submission.
- Depending on the number of students accessing the system, it can take 10 to 30 minutes to receive your email confirmation.
- After signing up, you will receive a confirmation email. Please make sure to check your spam folder for this email. You can begin accessing the system once you confirmed your account.
Freshman Students
Must sign in with the email address used in their general admissions application.
- Go to the application website and click the “Sign-Up” button.
- Enter your full email address, as submitted in your general admissions application @gmail / @yahoo / @hotmail etc.
- Create a password (see Password below for specifics).
- Confirm your password.
- Click the “Sign Up” button at the bottom of the page.
- After you complete the sign-up process, you will receive a system message that lets you know a link has been sent to your email.
- Clicking on that link will take you to the application page where you can begin working on your submission.

Creating a Password
Your login is your email and your password is unique to this system. If you forgot your password, it is easy to create a new one to log into the application system. Go to mansfield.academicworks.com and click the sign-in button in the top right corner.
The email will have a link to a page that will let you create a new password using the system guidelines:
- At least eight characters
- At least one uppercase letter
- At least one lowercase letter
- At least one number
Use your new password and you are back at your application.
Unable to sign in?
Must have already configured your account:
- Go to the portal “Sign-in” screen.
- Proceed to the bottom of the page and click on the “Trouble signing in?” button.
- You will see “Having Trouble Accessing Your Account?” and potential scenarios. Follow the directions according to your situation.
